Demi Moore was rushed to hospital last night for exhaustion.
The 48-year-old actress is said to have sought help to treat exhaustion as well as improve her overall health.
A spokesperson for the star told MailOnline: 'Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.'
However TMZ are reported that the actress is being treated for substance abuse.

Representatives for the star refused to comment on the allegations.
According to the website a 911 call was placed at 10:45pm last night and after that she was taken to hospital.
